ADOPTION OF ISLAMIC BANKING IN FINANCIAL SATISFACTION : STUDY ON BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA YOGYAKARTA REGION

چکیده

The main purpose of this study was to examine the effect Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, bankreputation, and risk attitude on adoption banking. Examine mediating role ofIslamic banking influence bank reputation, onfinancial satisfaction. statistical analysis model used mediation regression. research population was1.033.264 sample 336 Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Jogjakarta region. samplingtechnique random sampling, a data collection method using questionnaire. mediationregression tool uses SEM-PLS. results show that: literacy has positive effecton products. reputation Islamicbanking. Religiosity affects Adoption mediates add literatureand empirical studies management. Provide recommendations for IslamicBank policies, namely: policies increase attitude, banking, satisfaction improve welfare performance bank.
